Event Title: Presentation of the Design and Development of O3, artistic and cultural activity

Event description: This event will present the work of  designing and developing O3, artistic and cultural activity 1 at a series of lectures and discussions at the Univerza v Ljubljani, Slovenia.

The goal of the event is to raise awareness about the partnership’s methodology and multidisciplinary approach to develop new teaching material. Implicit, the goal is to present the design and developments of links created between innovation, research and education – the three sides of the ‘knowledge triangle’.

The event will focus on the project’s findings and products, and will present the project’s outline (mid 2020), objectives and expected outcomes.

Furthermore, there will be made a documentation and evaluation that will be part of Intellectual Output O7, Learning / teaching / training material – Manual / handbook / guidance material including the multiplier event.

Preparations:

Organisation and promotion of the multiplier event: this activity part concerns a series of tasks necessary for the planning, organisation and execution of the work of O3, Artistic and cultural activity 1.

This includes sending out formal invitations to relevant stakeholders, and providing relevant information regarding the event. In collaboration with the network of Universities of Europe, we will promote the event through a diversity of channels, including distribution of leaflets to participants, use of social media and advertisements on local media (e.g. newspapers, radio stations).

Univerza v Ljubljani  will have responsibility for the development and execution of this event. In order to make decisions on issues common to the presentation event AAU and Hans Thyge & Co. will have a consulting role.
